Connie Day was born and raised in Bermuda. With tourism being one of the main industries on the island, she was attracted to the airline industry.
Her experience began working with both Pan American Airlines and Air Canada in their reservation offices. After moving to Canada she opened a travel agency in Edmonton, that she owned and operated for nine years.
Working with Muskoka Travel Service, she is able to incorporate her experience with airlines, tour companies and cruise lines.
"I was told by a gentleman, Mr. Fleming, at my first interview with Pan American, that if I loved people and loved travel, I would never be happy doing anything else...he was indeed right, I have found my passion," says Connie.
