Landscaped ditch and flower beds on hill

The ditched is lined with landscape cloth to keep weed out. Large outside rocks were placed as a border, then smaller river rock placed between them. Flower beds were tilled and bedding soil tilled in. It was then covered with lanscape cloth. Plants were placed and planted. Then bed was covered with brown mulch.
